2024 Was a Year of Unexpected Change

Being laid off from a leadership role I loved wasn’t in my plan.

It was painful. Surprising. Disorienting.

But it also gave me something I hadn’t made space for in a long time:
✨ A pause.
✨ A chance to reflect.
✨ An opportunity to choose a path grounded in growth, care, and clarity.

What Emerged From That Pause

🎤 I expanded my speaking work
From international stages to intimate company offsites, I shared stories and strategies to inspire change and action.

📖 I amplified my SPARKLE framework
What started with my book Sparkle On Changemaker became a foundation for workshops, coaching, and organizational strategy.

🌍 I deepened my commitment to DEIB, happiness, and social impact
Facilitating conversations that don’t just inspire—they lead to real, measurable change.

My Biggest Lesson from 2024?

Connection.

Whether it was one-on-one coffee chats, LinkedIn messages, or transformative sessions with teams, I was reminded that the relationships we build—when rooted in trust, care, and collaboration—are what carry us through uncertainty.
